The Exigo® T Bar Row Chest Support is a commercial plate loaded machine designed for use in strength training workouts. It is designed to target all areas of the back and shoulders, as well as the biceps and forearms.
Our T Bar Row features an adjustable 9 position footplate for targeting different areas of the back and 360-degree rotating handles that can be adjusted horizontally across 5 positions to set up a wide grip or close grip. In addition it includes a chest support pad which allows users to maintain a stable and secure position while performing rows.
This piece of gym equipment is loaded with weight plates to provide resistance during the exercise and the handle is fixed with a ball joint for a smooth and natural range of motion.
